Hi, my name is Darcy, I came to Enable (Sheffield) in 2023 after I left school to do some volunteering. I always knew that working with learning disabilities was something I wanted to do. Soon after I started my voluntary work, I got offered an apprenticeship.

 

I've always loved how everyone at Enable is like a big family and I feel honoured to be a part of it. Every learner is different and all have their own special quirks about themselves. I love working in the Life Skills House as I get to really seen the learners improve and develop new skills week after week.
