I joined Enable as an assistant gardener in November 2013. Before I joined Enable I worked for the National Trust for 3 years as a gardener, before this I worked in the NHS for 18 years as a Physiotherapist. Since becoming a gardener I have gained level 3 RHS Certification in Horticulture and Practical Horticulture.

I enjoy sharing my gardening knowledge with all our learners but also treat each day as a school day as I myself learn so much from our learners too. My next mission is to learn Makaton to be able to communicate more effectively with our learners that use it.
