My name is Laura. I joined the Enable Family in 2024, however before joining Enable I worked within the private health care sector for 20 years plus and was given an opportunity to study while in employment and am now qualified up to Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

I have undertaken all aspect of training and have a good knowledge of working alongside individuals who have learning disabilities and mental health.

The best part of my job is watching others thrive in life, helping others to reach goals and meet targets.

I feel very fortunate to have found this career path at a young age in my life and the people I have met along the way, the memories that I have made will stay with me forever.
